Hello!

Based in sunny Fort Walton Beach, Florida, I offer online and in-person wellness consults, assessments, and classes for all ages. 

I am a mother & grandmother working on aging gracefully, staying flexible and enjoying every moment of every day. My classes are a blend of the stress reducing practices I learned as a yoga teacher and the core strengthening practices I learned as a personal trainer.

I took advantage of the time during the pandemic to take online yoga classes with legendary teachers Steph Ball-Mitchell
E-RYT-500, RPYT, RCYT, YACEP, CAADC and Harini Lender, Kristi Fischer and others. I learned how powerful breath-work and mediation can be in bringing stillness to a busy mind , which in turn helps the body function well
